30-Day Return Policy


We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all original tags attached and sealed in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and step-by-step return instructions. We do not accept unsolicited returns sent without prior approval.

Damaged & Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and arrange a proper solution for you.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, fresh flowers, live plants, etc.)
  • Customized & personalized products
  • Personal hygiene and beauty items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases

Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get your preferred item is to return your current order, then place a new purchase once your return is processed and approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Right


If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The same return conditions above apply: items must be unused, in original condition with tags and original packaging, plus valid proof of purchase.

Refunds


After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval result.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for banks or credit card companies to post the refund to your account.
